Bruce is awesome! What a great coumtse! I love Halloween, except I never know what to go as. I would have to say that the best Halloween coumtse I ever had was a pimp, because I got four of my sexy lady friends to dress like prostitutes and hang on my arms while we walked down the outdoor mall (before they stopped allowing such festivities there). That was pretty awesome, getting all that attention. Except for when some moron tried to get all grabby with one of my sexy friends and then I got all sort of worried that I wasn't really tough enough to actually be a pimp and beat the shit out of some asshat that messing with one of my ladies, but she and her three other friends took care of that for me. What a relief.

My husband was reaisd very Catholic and I was reaisd a few things and then kind of nothing. The only reason they haven't is because they don't want to cause a precedent.It'll drag through court for years, until either the little guy gives up or Microsoft buys them out.And by the way, this isn't about copyright infringement, it's a pantet case, similar but completely different. It involves the underlying basis of Word, not just making a copy of somebody's music. And in any event, YouTube has been fairly rigorous about enforcing copyright in the last few years. Really, the situations are totally unrelated.

Apples and Oranges.Just because sonmoee can use technology to break the law doesn't mean the makers of that technology are liable. There was a legal battle over the VCR about 20 years ago.Microsoft (apparently) used sonmoee else's technology without their permission.

Ich bin auch schon wieder im Fieber, und bis zur 12 Folge dugrhgedcunren, irgendwie ist alles wie immer , spannend und reich an Situationen aus denen man zitieren m chte, was dann aber au enstehende nie kapieren w rden. Hab mich heute morgen noch gefreut wie Jack Bauer in der 12. Folge eine Glast r mit einem gezielten Schu aus dem Weg ger umt hat ) : Ich w rde es lieber auf Blueray im OTon sehen, aber das dauert mir zu lange mit der Warterei und dann bestimmt zu teuer!
