For ex: a police station gets a complaint of a missing person. Police register the case, and transmit wireless message to all the centers. Again, in the next hour, there is call of duty, as there is another case of robbery that has been reported. So the priority of the police shifts. Same policeman might be deputed to do both the jobs, and the priority keeps on changing.What I meant by variable capacity is in this context. A policeman, should be trained on a certain aspect, and he should be a specialist in that. He should be deputed to do specialized tasks, and not be involved in other duties.In the context narrated above, a set of policemen are trained to handle cases pertaining to cases of missing people. Whenever a case of a missing complaint is registered in police station, a cop is deputed to handle it, and is assigned a timeline. Even if other complaints, pertaining to robbery, chain snatching etc, gets reported, the cop is not diverted from his duty. After the cop solves the missing problem, he goes on to the pool of variable capacity. If in another police station similar missing complaint gets registered, he is deputed for that case.The cop is not designated to any station, in general. But this opinion is out there on the internet, I googled: jews and 911, and a few of the upcoming hundreds of webpages had this new theory. My suspicion was that this is again a conscious effort on the part of the jews who are aware of their complicity in 911: giving a discrediting spin on the tale for the benefit of the everyday brainwashed people. They are aware the truth on them is spreading on the net, and this is a way to put a new conspiracy theory on the truth which again shows the poor jews as the victims of age-old anti-semitism, that blaming Mossad with 911 is just a trick of the real perpetrators: the gentile white US Government (who are secretly anti-semite as all non-jews are inherently, despite the fact of billions of dollars aid to Israel).

Esther,this was a very compelling arcitle and your writing style is excellent. you are quickly becoming one of my favorite up-and-coming journalists. i commend you for your bravery as far as announcing your dating and marriage preferences to a room of people who may or may not share a similar opinion as you. but to be honest, i do feel that limiting ourselves to 2% of the population is incredibly challenging. i'm obviously not suggesting that you date or marry a non-Jew. i respect your decision, and would hope that you would respect the choices of those young Jews who have not chosen Jewish partners. one thing you need to keep in mind is that they're not choosing non-Jewish mates on purpose. that's something a lot of people who are concerned about intermarriage fail to realize. we live in a very open society, and before long all those people who say they'll only date and marry Jewish are getting tired of not finding a suitable Jewish mate, so they expand their search to outside of their collective group. but remember, it's not on purpose. it's because they want to find someone to love. and sometimes, it may take venturing outside of the comfort zone to do so. should we all date and marry non-Jews? no. but we should give everyone a chance, because you never know you could meet someone who may not be Jewish but grew up with tons of Jewish friends and knows more about Judaism than they do, and may decide to become Jewish someday. if i were to marry a non-Jew, it would have to be someone who had no religious upbringing or stopped practicing their birth religion. would i want them to convert? it would be preferable, but i'm not going to force it upon them. i would be satisfied if they were willing to raise any kids i have as Jews (it pays to be female). i wouldn't marry a devout Christian for the same reason i wouldn't marry an Orthodox Jew- our beliefs would clash. i may not be perfect, but i'm still a Jew regardless of who i date or marry. i would not date or marry someone just because they're Jewish. i've dated Jewish guys who had nothing in common with me, and it was incredibly awkward. they only dated me because they wanted to shut their parents up. and i'm sorry, but that's not a reason to date someone. if i see no compatibility besides the obvious, then it doesn't work for me. i want someone who has similar interests and tastes to me as well. but we're all entitled to our opinions.i appreciate your honesty on this very difficult topic. just keep in mind that not everyone will agree with you. but if you respect those with different opinions, chances are they will respect you as well. i wish you good luck in your search for someone who will make you happy.
