I have another tguhhot about this to add. Not saying we do this, but what about when you use it as a filter? Kind of like, I only want to work with people who are willing and motivated enough to wait to work with me. It does demonstrate the motivation of the client and how much they'd like to work with you in particular and would help filter out tire kickers.

It is a good outline of traits we need to work on as people of God. I'm glad to say that it reinforced what has already been happening in my life. Can't speak for DC, but here in New York no one is taking air-conditioned cars to work. I do the toast in the toaster then add grtead cheese and put it under a hot grill until it's gently bubbling, but not brown. I occasionally spread tomato pure9e on the toast before I add the cheese. I would NEVER put butter on the toast. EVER!

LOVE beans on toast now, but as a child HATED it. would only have spaghetti on toast. my mum alywas bought heinz beans, but when i moved into my own place i bought good old tesco value, and prefer them over any named beans.. We have 2 pieces of toast and beans poured all over, and grated cheese sprinkled on top mmmmmm.
